Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be in writing (e-mail to info@eliteprime.net).
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
For reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will not charge additional cancellation fees. The 50% deposit paid at the time of reservations will not be refunded.
For reservations cancelled in less than 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee equals to the remaining 50% of your reservation.
Early departure fee: Early Departures will be charged with 80% of the remaining nights.
Guarantee Deposit:
A monetary deposit of 2000,00 Euros is due at arrival and payable either by credit card authorization or credit card guarantee or in cash. The deposit is for guarantee in case of damages during the stay. The WPHD S.A or its representative may refuse access to the Villa if the deposit is not paid. If the deposit is paid in cash, the refund will be made upon departure. If the deposit is made by credit card, the refund will be returned within 48 hours of the Checkout date. The security deposit can be partially or fully applied to compensate: 1- damage to the Villa or furnishings, 2- dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, 3- any other cost incurred by WPHD S.A due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform WPHD S.A immediately.
