Cancellation / Prepayment
If cancelling 41 days before arrival no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancelling 40-21 days before arrival 30% of the cost will be charged.
If cancelling 20-0 days before the arrival the 75% of the estimated cost will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Teenagers under 22 years are allowed in the villa only with the presence of their parents.
Pets
Pets are allowed.
